Minutes of a Meeting of Swayfield PC
18th February 2020 at 7pm in the Village Hall
There were no members of the public present. The meeting began at 7 pm. Cllrs Green, Johnson, Geeson and Holden were present. It was agreed that Cllr Green should take the Chair.
1.0 Apologies for absence Cllrs Roberts, Metcalfe, and Frere Cook had sent their apologies.
2.0 Declarations of interest in accordance with the 2011 Local Government Act. None.
3.0 To resolve to fund the costs of the Wildlife Project. Given that we could not access the grant from I-CC without first purchasing what was required, it was resolved to spend a sum of approximately £480 (of which one sixth would be recoverable VAT). Actual total uncertain, since some prices would have changed since original estimates.
4.0 To approve the drawing up of cheques to cover the above invoices. These cheques to be made out as and when orders are fulfilled. This was resolved unanimously.
5.0 To resolve to pay Miracle Design for their recent inspection of the play area. £90+VAT. Cheque to be rnade out accordingly. Duly resolved.
