Minutes (Notes) of an Extraordinary Meeting of Swayfield PC 26th June 2019 7pm in the Village Hall
No members of the public were present. The meeting began ay 7pm.
Apologies for absence had been received from Mr Metcalfe, Ms Johnson and Mr Green.
The sole item of business was to resolve to replace the beyond-date defibrillator pads. Mr Holden informed the Council of the need to replace these as they would be less effective as a result. In view of the desirability of holding a back-up, it was unanimously resolved to purchase two packs at £35 +VAT + Postage, totalling £90. A cheque was duly signed.
The meeting closed at 7:08.
